Shipping Policy

We handle and package all our products ourselves to ensure that we do everything on our end so that your product arrives in perfect condition. We work together with the Swedish postal service "Postnord" as well as DHL to deliver our products to your doorstep.

 

Prices for shipping vary depending on where you live. Your shipping cost is determined by your location and the total weight of your purchase. You will see the shipping total in your cart at checkout. 

We try to package all of our products with as little plastic as possible to ensure that renewable resources are used.

Should you receive a damaged item or a damaged package you will need to get in touch with the delivery company first as they account for the package during transportation. Your package is covered by insurance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each one of our products is handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail and designed to be functional, sustainable and timeless for you and for generations to come. 

 

Please follow the care instructions provided on this web site and on the care instruction card you receive with your purchase.

 

We offer a limited lifetime 1 year guarantee on all our physical products from our workshop, depending upon whether our care instructions are followed. 

 

If you experience a problem we will replace your purchase if we determine that your product has been properly cared for as per our care instructions and not abused or misused for some other purpose. 

To help expedite the process, we ask for photos of the damaged product and we can usually determine from the photos if the product has been cared for properly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of a replacement product.
